What you can do to take care of your body:
Allow yourself extra time to do very simple tasks.
Let yourself take breaks throughout the day and evening.
Practice simple slow breathing several times a day.
Use social media to join a few groups to connect with someone outside your home (during these days of Stay at Home orders).
Download an app that guides you in movement exercises (as appropriate for your body and health).
